Ruth
Ruth is our most recent rescue and came in with Vinny from a seizure executed by law enforcement due to lack of food and drinkable water. She is about 18-20 years old and sweet as can be. She isn't currently available for adoption, but barring any setbacks, should be ready sometime in mid-spring 2023. Right now her priority is gaining weight and relaxing. She had two strains of EPM when she came in but has since been treated and recovered well.
We have put together a few wish lists for Christmas. The lists have a variety of items that will be useful to making Ruth happy, healthy, and comfortable. She (and we!) would greatly appreciate any item or items you wish to donate. Items from tractor supply can be ordered online for pickup at the Hattiesburg store under the name Miranda Swilley. Or, if you wish to bring them directly, please let us know by emailing us at [email protected]. If you prefer to use Chewy, there are a lot of great items on there that would be greatly appreciated.
